31 for 31
I love making lists, I continuously do it every year, even if I don’t cross anything off the list. This year I have 31 items on the to do list, some acts on the list are really un-doable, but one can dream… i mean if I don’t get to them this year, perhaps the next year! Without further ado… here’s my 31 things to do in the year that I am 31. (If you want to see what was on my list the previous years, they are on my sidebar.)
1. Donate blood
2. Go to one country that requires a passport stamp, that I have never been before.
3. Save 2000 USD this year 2010. (saving for a rainy day ~ this amounts to $4800NTD a month, let’s just call it $5000 NTD a month just for a round number)
4. Start a new stationery line complete with logo and design
5. Obtain a new client or an repeat order from a previous client.
6. Do something new each month and document so <—Jan, Feb, Mar, April, May, June, July, Aug
7. Conqueror toe up socks!
8. Do not fear colorwork!!
9. Knit 6 pairs of socks ( Esther, Vicky, chichi, Tracy-done TTL 09 mystery sock, myself, 6th person)
10. Finish one blanket
11. Donate to one knitting charity (many to chose from, project linus, mother bear, etc.)
12. Participate and finish nanowrimo
13. Knit a sweater
14. Read/Listen 5 books from the 100 books list that I have yet to read.
15. Learn Korean for beginners.
16. Go out on 1 photography journey. <—-Feb 23 2011
17. Keep a Chinese diary with 1 entry a week in actual penmanship.
18. Exercise, even if it’s just wii-ercise.
19. Bake things from scratch. <—-Feb 10 2011.
20. Learn one new karaoke song.
21. Knit from stash only. Or finish WIPs in project queue. Decrease not increase.
22. Teeth clean, go to obgyn, and the bone dr for spine.
23. Get the following people autograph, jake gyllenhaal, topher grace, lee hom, Show, Jay Chou, ???
24. Mail out Xmas cards. 2011
25. Snowboard at Whistler.
26. Go fake rock climbing
27. Be incommunicado for one weekend, ie 48 hours.
28. See the underwater statues in Cancun
29. Go to the shooting range and shoot at least 2 bullets.
30. Milk a cow.
31. do guerrilla art
making a list is on my list ;-)
i love your list — the knitting projects alone would use up more than one year for me!
